Born in Seattle, raised in Chicago, Bailey spent a little over a decade in Texas before finally making the decision move out to the Rockies. After many frequent visits, she decided to pack up, grab her dog and head up to Colorado to dive into staffing head first. She spent more than a few years in the hospitality industry, drawn to the customer interaction and energy. She enjoys almost anything outdoors, especially when the sun is involved. If the sun isn’t shining, odds are Bailey is inside with a book or creating something in the kitchen. She definitely got a double dose of the “cooking gene” from both mom and dad and has recently attempted her first garden, testing the odds of inheriting their green thumb as well. Bailey recently joined the Premier Group and is feeling quite at home in the Construction Division.

Clarissa was born and raised in The Great State of Texas. Originally from Dallas (go Cowboys!) she made her way down to Austin in 2010 after her brother paved the way for her. Always the first the lend a helping hand she bounced between the hospitality industry and health care industry. Although she loved interacting with guests and patients over the years she grew tired of the late hours and atmosphere. Earlier this year she decided it was time to move out of restaurants and on to something new and different. When she’s not working she is usually hanging out with her brother and his family or her in-laws. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and being a wife and dog mom!
Danielle was born in New York but moved to Colorado at a young age. Although she has lived in Colorado most of her life she still considers New York to be her home. Raised with two older brothers, who treated her like one of the boys, she immediately wanted to do everything that they were doing, either hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles or playing in the mud. Her mother is her role model, beautiful inside and out and one of the strongest women she knows. Danielle loves the outdoors, being at the lake is her sanctuary and a baseball game on a warm summer night is a must. GO YANKEES!! (Sorry Rockies you’re her #2). She attended college on a full ride volleyball scholarship and it is still one of the biggest loves of her life, besides her dog Zoey of course. Playing volleyball at the park is probably were you can find Danielle on Summer evenings. She has dabbled in coaching and one day she would like to be a volleyball coach and give back to the younger generations like her coaches did for her.
Dara is a proud Mid-West gal who grew up certain beyond any doubt that she wanted to become a pilot. Having opted out of University of Illinois for Southern Illinois University’s Aviation program she realized very quickly that a career in commercial flying was only a few clicks away from being a glorified bus driver, except you got to talk to even less people. Realizing that she liked large groups and had to interact with people on a daily basis, she stumbled into staffing as a new career. Having worked in multiple industries in Staffing, from Construction to Nursing to Accounting and Finance, in locations from Chicago, to LA, to New York, to Denver. She now finds herself as Founder, CFO, COO and Chief Fix it Officer for The Premier Group Inc. When she’s not doing that, she plays full time Mom to two very energetic, incredible kids.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Northern Virginia and after graduating high school, took the opportunity to leave the DC area and explore somewhere new for college. Fort Collins, was her new home for the next 5 years which included studying Psychology at CSU (go Rams!), biking around town, and many hikes at the Horsetooth Reservoir. After graduating from CSU and testing the waters in the medical field as a CNA, Elizabeth decided to explore other options which ultimately led to her interest in Human Resources. She is very excited to further her career in HR with The Premier Group. Currently, her free time consists of cycling, playing softball, and hiking with her dog.
Born in a small town in Vermont, where there are more cows than people, Emily grew up playing rugby, eating a great deal of cheese and longing to see the world. She attended university in Montreal, QC where she froze for 4 years but fell in love with city life. Seeking warmer climates and new adventures, she boarded a plane for Taiwan where she spent over a year teaching English, backpacking Asia, writing a travel blog, and developing an expertise in chopstick use. Next was a year in Mexico where she taught at an international school, hiked up historic pyramids, slid down active volcanoes, and swam in underwater caves. Finally, ready to return to her home nation and plant some roots, Emily moved to Denver where she was lured by the combination of mountains, city, and sunshine. She's a lover of outdoor adventure and the written word so when she's not planning another foreign adventure, you will find Emily hiking, biking, running, camping, reading, or writing. New to The Premier Group, she was drawn by the passion of the team and emphasis on giving back to the community.
With 28 years of experience in accounting, Grace for some odd reason finds satisfaction in managing accounting details and loves the challenge of solving difficult tangled issues. Stranger yet, she does it with a smile and a method that seems to make everyone happy. If asked however, she’ll tell you that her favorite job in life has always been being a mom, until she acquired her newer favorite role as Grandmother which is the icing on the cake of life’s joy for her. She does steal moments away from her computer to spend time with family and friends at “Grace’s Oasis” (her back yard getaway including a pool that’s often hosted some hilarious ugly diving competitions).
Ian is a Utah native and has spent the better part of his life here. He loves everything that Utah has to offer, from the great fishing spots located around the state, to the BMX tracks he and his wife love to ride. Trapshooting has always been the biggest waster of his time and you can find him shooting clay just about any time he has a free minute. Fortunately for him, he and his wife welcomed their first child to the family last year so he has had something else to distract him. Ian seems to be a natural at connecting with others and building lasting relationships with whatever he’s working on and the adventures of the staffing industry have proven to be no exception to that.
A brief phone call with an offer to work in an oil field brought Jason to Colorado. Four hours later, his bags were packed and he was leaving Minnesota. While taking time off from the oil field, Jason began working for The Premier Group as an electrician. A couple years later, the opportunity to work internally with their Construction Division was presented. He snatched it up and is currently enjoying the staffing world. Outside of work, Jason will often be found driving through the mountains on his motorcycle, snowshoeing, backpacking/camping, fishing, working out, playing golf, playing hockey, or playing volleyball. If only there were more hours in a day…

Jennifer comes to us from upstate New York where she had previously spent most of her life growing up in the Adirondacks and around the horses at the Saratoga Race Track. She graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a bachelor’s in business marketing and worked for the State of New York in the following years. After one too many winters on the east coast it was her spirit for adventure and the rumored 300 days of sun that brought her to Denver. It wasn’t until she renovated her first historic home when she became interested in all aspects of construction and design, which lead her to The Premier Group. When she’s not working she enjoys camping with her fiancé and pup Koda, finding live local music, and exploring her new home state of Colorado.
Jessica is a proud Colorado native who loves everything about her home state. She left her hometown of Aurora after graduating from high school to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine at Colorado State University. After working her way through college in some of FoCo’s favorite local restaurants, she relocated to Denver in 2013 to begin her professional career in health care. As a patient services manager for a physical therapy clinic, she quickly learned she loved working in an environment that is always evolving. She first became familiar with The Premier Group several years ago while volunteering for the St. Baldrick’s event. Now, new to the team and to the staffing industry, she is very excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in a new and exciting profession. When not at work, she finds her greatest joy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Broncos, and trying as many new activities as possible (although, believe it or not, this native has yet to hit the slopes!).
Julie, an IT Division Manager at The Premier Group hails from the Frozen Tundra. (Insert your cheesehead joke now - she's a proud Green Bay Packer fan!) Julie moved to Colorado in 2006 and hasn't checked her rear view mirror once. Julie spent over a decade in the hospitality industry managing teams of various sizes and dynamics. In early 2013, she made the transition out of restaurants and onto The Premier Group’s Denver Construction team then later switched industries to IT. She enjoys working with employees to help them develop within their careers and assisting clients in driving their businesses to the destination they desire. She's a sun worshiping, music junkie who loves nothing more than the sound of her kids’ laughter.

Native to Colorado, Lori is very family oriented, hiking, camping and just hanging out on the patio are all on her to do list when with her mom and brother. In her down time she likes to relax with her 2 kitties and 2 little dogs, Zoey and Nala. Being the kind hearted person she is, Lori finished her CNA certification during her last year of high school, attending Pikes Peak Community College. However, the medical field, it turned out, was not her calling. After about 2 years working with a hotel chain, Lori made a decision to branch out of her comfort zone and begin her new endeavor as a recruiter for The Premier Group. Working hard to make sure all the “ I’s” are dotted and “T’s” are crossed, Lori has become the ROCK of the Colorado Springs branch, keeping everything tied down and everyone in order.

A Utah native, Megan describes Utah as the place you try to leave but always returns to. She has spent just over a decade working in healthcare. It was during her time working as the director of a behavioral health clinic that she decided working 60 hours a week was not her cup of tea. She left her position and started working as a full-time recruiter for a healthcare company, and found great satisfaction in doing what she loved and having time for her daughter and goldendoodle. She wanted to find a new challenge and decided to jump head first into construction. She joined The Premier Group and loves the fast-paced environment, as well as the opportunity to learn something new each and every day. Megan describes herself as a lifetime learner. She recently received her Master’s Degree in Business and hopes to go back to get her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology in the near future. She spends as much time outside as possible when it is warm, loves music, hiking, yoga reading, and playing in the park with her kiddo and puppy.
Growing up on the sunny beaches of San Diego Michelle’s love of the outdoors started at a young age. After high school she packed up her car and hasn’t been back ever since. Moving to Tucson, AZ and becoming a Wildcat was definitely a way of life. Going to football games and hiking Sedona Mountain are some of her favorite memories. After college, she wasn’t quite ready to head back to California so she moved out to Vail to live life as a ski (well snowboard to be exact) bum. Working on the mountain definitely had its perks, but after two years she was ready for city living again. She moved down to Denver and worked in the oil and gas industry for a few years before heading out to Austin, Texas. Less than two years later she realized Denver was her true home. Since she has been back she has been working at The Premier Group and loves the fast-paced world of staffing.

Nicole is a transplant to Utah in 2006 from Northern California. Although she wishes she still lived out in the warmth she has taken a liking to Utah (well somewhat). She comes from managing a high paced restaurant for the past 9 years and decided that living at the store wasn’t her ideal of fun! She has two beautiful kids that would like to see their mom more, so she made a switch to join the Premier Group, and hasn’t looked back yet! She is excited to spend more family time together and looks forward to taking advantage of her husband’s job benefits as a pilot and traveling the world with them now. She loves music, rocking out in her car, and any warm outdoor activities like hiking or showing off her speed skills on ATV’s.
Nicole is originally from Tempe, AZ but moved to Texas when she was five. After high-school she moved to Austin and attended the University of Texas, she has been in Austin ever since. She studied Exercise Science and ended up working for a local non-profit doing exercise based rehab with spinal cord injuries. Randi is a proud 5th generation Colorado Native who attempted to break the family mold by taking some time to live in Bozeman Montana for about a year back in 2015 but eventually the lack of sunshine and actual snowy winters drove her back to her home state where the sun shines all year long and the snow melts as soon as it falls. Randi loves the sun and heat, summers are her preferred season when she gets to spend time camping, fishing, riding her bike and adventuring with her dog son. Speaking of, she is the all too proud owner of a blue pitbull mix named Atlas whom she will gladly show you a picture of anytime you ask! When Randi isn’t enjoying her Colorado summers she enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for the Broncos, discovering new restaurants and finding new places to add to her list of travels. Randi studied Education at MSU of Denver but has since spent time working in the restaurant and mortgage industries before becoming a part of The Premier Group team.
Rich is a transplant from Northern England who grew up in Thatcher Britain. Coming from three generations of farmers and truck drivers he learned very quickly that the harder you work the luckier you get. As a member of the Great Britain Track team he jumped on an opportunity to come to the US on a track scholarship once he realized, (before everyone else did) that his competitors superior talent was quickly catching up with his hard work. An entrepreneur at heart, he started a successful business in college that he later sold, before beginning a career in Staffing. Having spent the next 10yrs climbing the corporate ladder, only to realize that the view wasn’t all it was made out to be, he switched his interests back to building a company and a culture the way he believed all companies should look. Despite a successful career in sales and business, by far his proudest achievement is his amazingly talented children who quickly ground him and remind him every day what life is really about.
Samantha is a Colorado native who went to school a mere 5 blocks from the Premier Group's Denver headquarters. Samantha found her first calling in Early Childhood Education at the age of nineteen. Helping young minds develop and watching their progress in the classroom was one of the best feelings she's experienced. After a decade of teaching, Samantha's urge to further her own education became her first priority. Switching to completely opposite gears, she's chosen to study Business at the University of Phoenix. While leaving education was a difficult decision, she was ready to write a new chapter in my life. She's also happy to start that new chapter with the Premier Group. When she's not studying and working, she spends her time with her family and fur baby Wesley Jo. Samantha also enjoys listening to live music of all genres. From April to September, you can find her at Red Rocks Amphitheater, one of her favorite places in Colorado. She also enjoy hiking all the beautiful parks in Colorado and travels to a new destination every year for her birthday -- year Miami!
Sam grew up in the Northern English city of Manchester. After high school he immediately began work in the Electrical industry eventually gaining his UK Masters Electrical license, offshore survival credentials and other qualifications. He spent time as an electrical engineer on offshore gas platforms in the UK's North Sea. The bulk of his experience however has been spent in general construction, common projects included apartments, schools, prisons and commercial units. He formed his own company at the age of 21 carrying out projects nationwide including working in and around the City of London. After later occupying the role as the Executive Director at a partnered Electrical and Mechanical company, he eventually relocated to the United States. In September of 2015 he made the move across the pond with his wife (a Colorado native) where from that day he has called Colorado his home.
Since moving to Colorado he appreciates every minute of sunshine he gets, ( a rare commodity in rainy England ). He loves to get out and try anything new and enjoys everything Colorado has to offer from Skiing to Cycling to Fishing to Grilling at home. He loves to be outdoors and what better place to live than Colorado when that is the case!
The recent birth of Braxton his son has brought a light to Sam’s life that he says he didn't know existed! He loves music and often slips into his own world when listening, whenever he gets the chance that is! He supports and follows Manchester United FC (some things won’t change). He really enjoys cooking, claiming that his ambition in the kitchen mirrors his ambition in life. Let’s hope his life is more flavorful than his cooking.
