COMPANY HISTORY

Our company was founded with one basic goal, to give back.

Having spent decades working for large corporations that hungrily chased revenue at all costs, the founders of The Premier Group believed that there had to be more to business than net income, stock prices and shareholder meetings.

They believed that people were inherently good, they believed that in general people cared for their neighbors and if given the opportunity they would do the right things for those less fortunate than themselves. The problem as they saw it was that people get too busy in their daily lives. Work, kids, school, rent, bills, the boss, schedules and deadlines all get in the way of allowing people to be who they perhaps really would like to be.

So instead of evolving into the company we hoped to become, why not build a company that offered people an opportunity to do GREAT things right out of the gate, from the first dollar sold. All these years later we are proud to be able to look back and say that, from Day #1, a portion of every invoice we have ever generated has gone towards helping those in greater need. St. Baldrick's Foundation

St. Baldrick’s does one thing and they do it well: fund childhood cancer research. St. Baldrick’s takes great care of the funds raised by volunteers and supporters to direct every possible dollar to carefully selected research grants. Fado Irish Pub

The Premier Group partners with Fado’s every year raising money and awareness for St. Baldrick’s Foundation. This event is held in a giant tent in their parking lot hosting head shaving, fun events, prizes, and food all for a great cause. This event is held on St. Patrick’s day every year, stop by and see what all of the excitement is about!

The Premier Group’s tremendous growth has landed them on this list for three years in a row.

Matrix

The Premier Group is proud to partner with Matrix Fitness and Spa offering employees memberships as part of their wellness program. Matrix is different from traditional fitness centers offering a total wellness package as part of their gym membership. Matrix offers Kickboxing, Spa Happy Hours, Group Classes, Personal Training and more!

Sipping n' Painting

Every month The Premier Group has a team bonding event where we all get together and do something fun as a team. For one event, we tried Sipping N’ Painting which forced everyone to get their creative juices flowing and paint. This event was fun and filled with a few glasses of wine, paintings of Colorado’s famous flat irons, and bragging rights only for a select few.

Stir Cooking School

Every month The Premier Group has a team bonding event where we all get together and do something fun as a team. We have had many events at Stir Cooking School where we all learn and compete with one another for the best appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
